VISION ENERGIZES 138 KV SUBSTATION OF UFV SOL MAIOR

VISION energized in May 2021 the 138 kV / 50 MVA substation of the UFV Sol Maior project, located in the municipality of Miracema in Tocantins, owned by LYON CAPITAL.
The turnkey contract signed by VISON with LYON, included two new 138 kV substations, one responsible for the sectioning of the LT (Miracema/Guaraí) which became a new yard for the ENERGISA concessionaire and the other for the supply of the elevator substation 13, 8 kV/138 kV to drain the generation of up to 50 MVA from the LYON system user.
The booster substation is composed of 2 transformer bays (2 x TR 25 MVA) for connection to the Sol Maior photovoltaic complex and a line bay interconnecting with the sectioning substation.
The solution provided by VISION in high voltage was all using technology in GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) and GIB (Gas Insulated Busbar) for the two substations. The electrical rooms to house the protection and control systems and the MV cubicles at 13.8 kV were provided in an electrocenter.
