AFTER THE ENTIRE SERROTE PROJECT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED, VISION AND MINERAÇÃO VALE VERDE (APPIAN) END THE AGREEMENT.

In December 2021, VISION and MINERAÇÃO VALE VERDE (APPIAN) signed the term of termination of the Serrote Project contracts, after successful startup of the electrical systems of the entire plant.

VISION was responsible for the entire supply of electrical systems, in two different contracts:

  • the first contract for the supply and construction, on a turnkey basis, of the Main substation (BD4) and the 230 kV Arapiraca III substation (output bay) of the Serrote Project;
  • the second contract for the supply and construction, on a turnkey basis, of the 13.8 kV secondary substations and the complete automation system for the ore beneficiation plant.
VISION is a specialist in executing this type of project, however this one was very challenging as it took place during the COVID 19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021. Even so, with the full support of our client and a lot of commitment from VISION in the execution of the entire work, the project was a success.
